Textile Solution
Built for spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, and stitching units
Textile units do not fail because they lack machines — they fail because orders, floor output, and stores do not talk to each other. Our textile ERP is built for spinning, knitting, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and stitching businesses that still run on registers, Excel, and WhatsApp.
What the system covers
• Buyer and merchandiser orders with style, color, size, and delivery date
• Yarn, grey fabric, and finished goods by lot, quality, godown, and mill
• Production against a plan: knitting, weaving, dyeing, and stitching
• Loom / machine-wise output, downtime, and shift reports
• Job-work issue and receive (dyeing, embroidery, stitching vendors) with pending balance
• Wastage, reject, reprocess, and quality hold
• Packing lists, gate pass, invoices, and party ledgers
• Dashboards: production vs target, stock aging, wastage %, on-time-in-full
How a mill typically uses it
A merchandiser books the order. Stores issue yarn or grey against that order. The floor books production by machine or process. Job work going out is a documented issue; what comes back is received against the same lot. Accounts see what was packed and invoiced — not a surprise at month-end.
Why not a generic ERP
Textile lots, process sequences, job work, and fabric qualities do not fit a generic “item + warehouse” screen. We model your actual flow first (often Pakistan knit/woven export or local wholesale), then phase the modules so the floor can start using it without waiting for every report.
Who it is for
Knitting and weaving units, dyeing/finishing plants, garment stitching factories, yarn traders, and exporters who need lot traceability for buyers.
